Set two limits:

No-scroll for 30 min before sleep.
Replace, don’t just remove: Follow 3 calm/useful sources (nature, learning, local updates). Pin them so they show first.
Hide one post that feels negative and follow one account that makes you feel good.
If certain topics spike anxiety, add them to Mute. If scrolling affects sleep, keep the no-scroll zone non-negotiable. Consider turning off autoplay and notifications for non-essential apps. If mood stays low despite changes, talk to someone you trust or a professional.
