Pick your spot & window: nearby park, housing-society garden, terrace, balcony, or even a window view - 10–15 min on 3 days a week (or weekends).
Make a micro-ritual: one slow lap / 10 deep breaths while sky-gazing / notice 3 greens (tree, bush, potted plant) / listen for 2 sounds (birds, leaves).
Capture a moment: snap one photo or jot a one-line note (“Saw two mynas on the gate”).
Look out of a window for 30 seconds and name one thing you notice in nature.
Be respectful of public spaces; don’t feed wildlife/strays. Pause outdoor plans on extreme weather.
