Pick one piece of work: Choose something others rely on - like a report, setup, meal, or plan.
Take a quick peek: Watch them use it or ask three simple questions:
What helped?
What was tricky?
What would make it easier?
If no one’s around, do a quick self-test as “future me.”
Carry one insight forward: If you notice something useful, make one small change next time.
Watch one person use something you made or imagine using it yourself - and note one thing that worked well.
Ask before observing. Keep changes small and reversible; if a tweak doesn’t help, drop it and try another next time.
